All prices quoted include GST and prices are correct at the time of purchase but are subject to change without notice.
All items shown on malleecollections.com.au are subject to availability. Whilst every effort is made to ensure sufficient stock is held, malleecollections.com.au can not be held responsible for any items that run out or are discontinued while displayed online.
Delivery & Shipping
The online shippping costs only apply to addresses within Australia . We are happy to receive orders from overseas, however, shipping costs will be quoted on single order basis once the order has been placed.

The freight fee covers all items purchased on the one order.
Additional freight charges may be incurred for heavy / bulky deliveries as well as deliveries to rural and remote locations within Australia . In some cases, additional charges will be shown on the delivery cost at the time of check out. Should it be necessary to charge for bulky items/remote areas above the charges shown at the check out, customers will be contacted to agree on the additional freight charges, prior to dispatch.
Items are usually delivered within 3 to 10 working days, however, it may take longer for remote areas.
All orders are sent either via Australia Post or Bluestar Logistics, depending on the destination and/or bulk of the item(s).
Returns & Refunds
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received or the item is damaged or faulty, we can arrange an exchange or refund for you. However, it is essential that you notify us prior to returning the goods. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods by ringing Mallee Collections on 61 2 94840445 or you can email us at sales@malleecollections.com.au
Should you want to exchange a product for any other reason, you must pay for the freight and we must receive the goods back in their original, unopened packaging.
